The senior male employee of First Atlantic Bank Ghana has been sued for ongoing sexual harassment and abuse of female National Service Personnel, according to the most popular stories on social media right now.

According to rumors, Ernest Kwasi Nimako, the manager of First Atlantic Bank in Accra, Ghana, has been sued by a woman by the name of Deborah Seyram Adablah.

As it turns out, the woman is the Manager's sidekick, and she has filed a lawsuit against him for breaking promises he made to her while they were having an affair. It was never given, despite her being promised a certain sum and other benefits.

According to the lady's declaration in the court document made available to GHPage, she had an intimate and private relationship with the manager.

She had previously been sexually assaulted and subjected to ongoing harassment by the manager. She gave in because the manager had the power, so she did.

During her time working there (First Atlantic Bank), senior male officers repeatedly harassed the bank's female employees se5ually.

Your life at the bank will become unhappy and uncomfortable, according to the writ of summon, if any female staff member defies the senior male staff's demands.

Once more, almost all senior managers have a girlfriend working for the bank, and they can switch out the women whenever they want.

To the detriment of the female staff, they also pimp the ladies to approach the wealthy clients with the intention of sleeping with them and convincing them to open accounts with the bank.

The woman claims in the lawsuit that she was forced to approach men customers in order to lure them with se3 in exchange for opening accounts with the bank, despite the manager's ongoing se3ual harassment and abuse of her.
